PepsiCo Egypt is one of the country's largest FMCG employers, hiring across sales (field sales, key account, distributor management), marketing (brand, trade, digital), supply chain (planning, procurement, warehouse, logistics), finance, HR, and manufacturing (plant operations, quality, engineering) at plants in Cairo, 6th of October, and other Egyptian sites. The flagship structured graduate track is PepsiCo's Career Progression Development (CPD) programme — a 12–18 month rotational scheme across sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, and HR streams. The annual summer internship programme runs June–August and is one of Egypt's most competitive undergraduate placements (applications typically open February–March).
