Lafarge Egypt's 2026 Graduate Program is open across 6 Cairo tracks — Civil Engineering, Shift Engineering, Talent Management, People & Culture, External Comms, CSR. Apply on Take-Off.
Lafarge Egypt's Graduate Program — distinct from the Explore summer internship — is the company's structured development track for fresh graduates entering the cement, concrete, and building-materials sector. The 2026 cohort is open in Cairo across 6 specialist tracks:
- Engineering: Civil Engineer (Readymix Concrete Plant), Shift Engineer (Readymix)
- People & Culture: Talent Management Specialist, People & Culture Specialist
- External Affairs: External Comms Specialist (Post-Graduate), Corporate Social Responsibility Specialist (Post-Graduate)
The program is built for recent graduates within 12 months of degree completion. Civil and Shift engineering tracks expect Civil or Mechanical Engineering degrees; the People & Culture tracks suit HR, Business Administration, or Psychology graduates; External Comms and CSR are open to graduates with mass communication, business, or development-studies backgrounds.
Graduates are placed inside operating teams — Readymix plant operations, HR specialist functions, corporate-affairs squad work — rather than into rotational observation. Lafarge Egypt is part of Holcim, the world's largest building-materials group, so the work touches multinational operating standards on local-market projects.
