Lesaffre's NextGen Talent Internship Program is one of Egypt's most function-diverse multinational internships. The 2026 cohort is open with 10 specialist tracks across Lesaffre's Egyptian operations — split between the Al Jizah corporate office and the Al Buhayrah production facility:
- Corporate (Al Jizah): Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, Marketing, Sales Data & Analytics
- Production & Lab (Al Buhayrah): Electrical Maintenance, Lean, Chemical Laboratory, Microbiology Laboratory
The program is designed for current undergraduates in their 3rd or 4th year and recent graduates. Track eligibility maps to degree: corporate tracks expect business, finance, accounting, marketing, or HR-major students; production and lab tracks expect chemical engineering, chemistry, microbiology, electrical engineering, or industrial engineering backgrounds.
Lesaffre is a French multinational specialising in yeast, baking, and fermentation — operating across 50+ countries with deep expertise in microbiology and bio-industrial processes. NextGen interns work alongside permanent staff on operating-team deliverables, with the lab tracks specifically working inside active R&D and quality facilities.
