Here's what you'll be doing:**Daily Operations & Maintenance:**Keep all air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment running smoothly and looking greatCheck major air handling units regularly to ensure they're performing brilliantly and filters are spotlessPerform preventive maintenance on all air handling units and refrigeration equipment according to schedule—think of it as keeping everything in tip-top shape before problems ariseMonitor temperatures in all refrigerated stores daily and inspect condensing units to ensure everything's functioning perfectlyCarry out repairs to air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment whenever needed**Safety, Standards & Environment:**Master all workplace safety regulations and follow them meticulously—we take health and safety seriously, and so should youMaintain excellent cleanliness at your work area and leave spaces spotless after completing tasksPresent yourself professionally, especially when working in guest areasEmbrace occupational health and safety measures and actively participate in all related initiativesChampion environmental responsibility by minimising waste, reducing chemical usage, and supporting our sustainability effortsContribute to energy-saving initiatives and help implement decisions that reduce our facility's environmental footprintHandle chemicals safely and responsibly, following all legal requirementsSupport our quality management systems and help us maintain the highest standards**Team Contribution:**Pitch in with any additional work required by the Technical Service DepartmentTake on any other duties assigned by managers and hotel management to support our team's successQualifications**Qualifications****Education:** Technical high school diploma or vocational qualification**Experience:** Minimum 2 years of practical experience in air-conditioning and refrigeration maintenance**Computer Literacy:** Required**Skills & Training:** Proficiency with standard tools and equipment specific to HVAC systems. Relevant certification (apprenticeship or semi-skilled certification) preferred. Strong technical knowledge of maintenance methods, techniques, and processes required
