We specialize in Experiential Marketing, Sports Marketing, Branding, Event Management, and Social Media Management, working with leading clients in the Telecom, Banking, Oil & Gas, Automotive, Hospitality, and Technology sectors.Role DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our client servicing team. The role involves managing multiple BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing projects, including activations, sponsorships, events, and branding assignments. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in client servicing within a fast-paced agency environment and possess strong communication, coordination, and execution skills to ensure seamless project delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.This is a full-time on-site role located in Sodic, Sixth of October.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and interpret client briefs.Coordinate the development of proposals and presentations.Lead internal brainstorming and ideation meetings.Handle daily client requests and ensure project timelines are met.Build and maintain client relationships with regular updates and follow-ups.Attend site visits and operational meetings.Prepare progress reports and conduct review meetings with clients.Manage budgets, track costs, and support invoicing processes.QualificationsStrong understanding of BTL marketing, events, and activations.2–5 years of experience, preferably within an agency environment and in a similar client servicing role.Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle tight deadlines.Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required.Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of project management tools is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Work Model & Compensation4 days working from the office and 1 day working from home.Project-based bonuses, incentives, and commissions tied to performance and deal closures.What We OfferA dynamic and collaborative team environment.Opportunities to work on high-impact campaigns with top regional brands.Professional development and growth within a fast-paced agency.To ApplyPlease submit your resume via Linkedin or email at talent.acquisition@connectioneg.com with the subject line: Account Executive Application.
