About DAZUDAZU is building the region's first fully connected financial ecosystem for businesses and consumers.DAZU Realty is our SaaS platform designed specifically for real estate developers, helping them digitize and automate the entire customer lifecycle—from lead management and reservations to contracts, installment collections, banking integrations, finance, and reporting.We're looking for a highly motivated Account Executive – Realty to help us grow our customer base across Egypt by working with leading real estate developers.This is an opportunity to join an early-stage, high-growth technology company where you'll have a direct impact on our commercial success.Role OverviewAs an Account Executive – Realty, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities with real estate developers.You'll manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery through demonstrations, commercial negotiations, and contract signing—while building long-term relationships with senior decision makers.This is a consultative B2B SaaS sales role requiring strong commercial skills, relationship building, and the ability to understand customers' operational and financial challenges. Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness DevelopmentIdentify and prospect new real estate developers across Egypt.Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.Generate leads through networking, referrals, industry events, and outbound outreach.Research market trends and identify new commercial opportunities.Sales ExecutionConduct discovery meetings to understand customer requirements.Deliver product demonstrations of the DAZU Realty platform.Prepare commercial proposals and pricing.Lead negotiations and close new business.Accurately manage opportunities through the CRM.Relationship ManagementBuild trusted relationships with CEOs, CFOs, Finance Directors, Sales Directors, and Commercial Directors.Become a trusted advisor rather than simply a software salesperson.Work closely with implementation and customer success teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.Market IntelligenceMonitor competitors and industry trends.Gather customer feedback and collaborate with Product to improve the platform.Represent DAZU at exhibitions, networking events, and industry conferences.RequirementsEssential3–7 years of experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, or SaaS sales.Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.Strong presentation and negotiation skills.Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.Experience using CRM systems.Fluent English and Arabic.PreferredExperience selling software, ERP, CRM, PropTech, or FinTech solutions.Experience working with real estate developers or construction companies.Existing network within the Egyptian real estate sector.Understanding of sales processes, contracts, installment plans, or property finance.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is:Commercially driven and target-oriented.Passionate about technology and digital transformation.Comfortable speaking with senior executives.Self-motivated and proactive.Curious and eager to learn.Professional and highly organized.Excited to help build a fast-growing technology company from the ground up.What We OfferCompetitive salary plus uncapped commission.Opportunity to work with one of Egypt's fastest-growing technology startups.Direct exposure to senior leadership.Significant career growth opportunities.Continuous learning and professional development.Modern working environment in Smart Village.The opportunity to shape the future of PropTech and FinTech in the region.
