EELAF is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Sales Account Manager – Lighting soultions to develop and manage lighting project opportunities across commercial, residential, hospitality, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.The role requires a strong network within the project market and the ability to manage the full sales cycle from identifying opportunities and influencing specifications to closing orders and supporting project execution.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop new lighting-project opportunities with consultants, contractors, developers, and end users.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the lighting and construction market.Promote EELAF’s lighting solutions through technical presentations, product demonstrations, and project meetings.Review project specifications, BOQs, drawings, and tender documents to identify suitable lighting solutions.Coordinate with presales and technical teams to prepare technical and commercial proposals.Follow up on quotations, project pipelines, approvals, and negotiations until order closure.Support consultants and clients with product selection, compliance requirements, and value-engineering proposals.Maintain accurate opportunity data, next steps, and forecasts through the CRM system.Achieve assigned sales, revenue, margin, and collection targets.Monitor market activity, competing brands, and upcoming projects to identify growth opportunities.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in lighting-project sales in Egypt.Proven relationships with consultants, MEP contractors, developers, and project owners.Strong knowledge of indoor, outdoor, architectural, commercial, and industrial lighting applications.Good understanding of lighting calculations, product selection, technical submittals, and BOQ review.Familiarity with lighting standards and reports such as LM-79, LM-80, TM-21, TM-30, and related technical documentation is preferred.Experience using CRM systems and managing structured sales pipelines.Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.Ability to work independently, travel for customer visits, and manage multiple active projects.Join EELAF and help grow a strong lighting-project business supported by technical expertise, professional brands, and a fast-growing B2B platform.
