Role SummaryAre you a hybrid account manager and campaign strategist who leverages AI to work smarter and faster?We are looking for an Account Manager/Client Growth & Operations Manager to bridge the gap between our clients and internal execution teams. In this role, you will own the client relationship, drive account growth, and oversee flawless campaign operations.This is an AI-first role. You will be expected to utilize AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) daily to accelerate copywriting, streamline workflows, analyze data, and build performance reports.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship & Growth: Serve as the primary, day-to-day point of contact. Deeply understand client KPIs, provide consultative strategy, and proactively identify upsell, expansion, and renewal opportunities.Campaign Operations: Oversee the end-to-end planning, launch, and daily optimization of digital ad campaigns. Monitor daily performance metrics (CPA, CPL, ROI) and coordinate with internal teams to clear roadblocks.Creative Oversight: Collaborate with design teams to produce high-performing assets. Use AI to rapidly draft creative briefs, build ad concepts, and iterate on winning copy.Performance Analysis & Reporting: Conduct weekly performance deep-dives and deliver comprehensive monthly reports to clients, translating complex data into clear, actionable business insights.The Cadence (What your week looks like)Daily: Review dashboards for anomalies, sync with the creative team, and maintain responsive communication with clients via email, WhatsApp, and Maqsam.Weekly: Run deep-dives on active campaigns, lead planning alignment meetings with campaign managers, and prepare high-level update recaps for leadership.Monthly: Manage client renewals, compile detailed performance reports, and coordinate creative refreshes to prevent ad fatigue.Key Skills & QualificationsAI Fluency: Highly proficient in using generative AI tools for communication, data analysis, reporting, and asset creation.Digital Campaign Grasp: Solid understanding of digital advertising operations (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) and how to optimize funnels.Client Management: 3–5 years of experience in an agency or client-facing account management role with a track record of driving account retention and growth.Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable diving into spreadsheets and dashboards to diagnose performance issues and quantify ROI.Project Management: Experience using tools like ClickUp and Slack to manage complex pipelines and cross-functional teams (designers, technical specialists).Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
