This role is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customers in sectors such as coatings, textiles, inks. ensuring their needs for raw materials are met efficiently and accurately. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining regular contact with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, preparing quotations and proposals, and coordinating closely with supply chain and logistics teams to follow up on orders and deliveries. The Account Manager will monitor market trends and competitor activity, provide feedback on customer requirements, and collaborate with technical and commercial teams to offer tailored solutions. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM or other systems, preparing sales reports, and participating in meetings and visits to strengthen long-term customer relationships.QualificationsExperience with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role, Experience and knowledge of the coatings and construction markets is a strong asset.Strong customer relationship management skills, including account management, negotiation, and client follow-up.Solid commercial and sales capabilities, such as opportunity identification, pipeline management, and proposal preparation.Ability to collaborate with internal teams in logistics, supply chain, and technical support to coordinate orders and resolve issues.Good analytical and organizational skills for handling pricing, basic data analysis, and sales reporting.Relevant experience in chemicals, raw material distribution, or related industrial sectors is highly beneficial.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Comfort working on-site in El Sherouk, with a proactive, results-oriented mindset and ethical, inclusive conduct.If you are interested Send Your CV to info@chemical-sol.com or contact with us through WhatsApp on : 01100591551
