Job Title: Telecom Engineer (5+ Years Experience)Location: Egypt (Project-Based)Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated Telecom Engineer with at least 5 years of professional experience in telecommunications systems to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will participate in the design, implementation, testing, integration, and commissioning of advanced telecom systems for railway, transportation, and infrastructure projects.Key Responsibilities- Design and review telecom system architectures and detailed engineering documents.- Prepare technical drawings, system layouts, and interface documentation.- Support installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.- Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, contractors, and clients.- Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, and quality requirements.- Prepare technical reports, method statements, and as-built documentation.- Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in telecom engineering.- Strong knowledge of one or more of the following systems: - GSM - GSM-R - CBTC - Wi-Fi Networks - Fiber Optic Networks - IP/MPLS Networks - CCTV - Public Address (PA) - Passenger Information Systems (PIS) - Telephone Systems - Radio Communication Systems - Network Management Systems (NMS)- Experience with system integration and interface management.- Ability to read and prepare engineering drawings and technical documentation.- Good understanding of telecom standards and railway communication systems is an advantage.- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.- Good command of written and spoken English.Preferred Skills- Experience in railway, metro, or large infrastructure projects.- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Visio, Microsoft Office, and engineering documentation tools.- Knowledge of testing and commissioning procedures.- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary and fast-paced environment.What We Offer- Competitive salary package.- Opportunity to work on major telecom and railway infrastructure projects.- Professional development and training opportunities.- Collaborative and innovative work environment.How to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to submit their CV along with a brief cover letter highlighting their relevant experience.
