Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager, located in El Sadat City. The Account Manager will oversee client accounts, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves understanding client needs, coordinating with internal teams to meet goals, managing contracts and budgets, and identifying opportunities for business growth. The Account Manager will also serve as the primary point of contact for resolving client issues and ensuring high levels of service delivery. Qualifications Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills to effectively engage and maintain client partnershipsProficiency in account management, sales, and business development strategiesAbility to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlinesCritical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to address client needs and challengesExperience in the carpet, textile, or manufacturing industry is a plusProficiency in presentation tools and customer management software is an advantageBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldFluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or Turkish is an added advantage
