The position is located in 10th of Ramadan, Responsibilities include managing client relationships, acting as a point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to upsell or expand services. The Account Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs, monitor account performance, and prepare progress reports to share with stakeholders. Qualifications • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role • Strong personality with excellent communication and Negotiation skills • Background in the medical field is a must (Clinics / Pharma / Healthcare/Account management and client relationship skills to ensure strong partnerships and address client needs effectively.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal, to clearly convey information and build rapport with stakeholders.Problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities to manage multiple accounts and resolve challenges efficiently.Proficiency in relevant software tools or customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track performance and manage accounts effectively.Strong analytical skills for monitoring account performance and identifying areas for growth or improvement.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.Prior experience in account management, customer service, sales, or related roles is beneficial.
