We are looking for Account Manager to join our team to Expand UAE business and relationships with our clients, generate new business, and achieve business targets. The ideal candidate has passion for the healthcare industry, is highly motivated, goal-oriented, has a strong understanding of event management and customer service, excellent communication and negotiation skills.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.Map out key accounts and connect with them to build good network and potential clients list.Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients, developing and presenting proposals, and negotiating contracts.Work collaboratively with management and marketing teams to effectively execute business strategies.Manage and maintain relationships with potential clients to identify opportunities for growth.Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network, build relationships, and generate new business opportunities.Attend company own events to be updated on events performance & develop industry network.Whenever needed, support internal teams to ensure successful event planning, execution, and follow-up.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare, Business Administration or other related fields.3+ years of experience in account management or business development, preferably in the healthcare, marketing agencies or event management industry.UAE market experience is a MUST.Understanding of event planning and execution.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Speak English fluently.Willingness to travel to attend events, conferences, and meetings as required.For inquiries email us at: hr@eliteway-sa.com
