The role involves handling patient payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the clinic’s daily financial operations.Key Responsibilities:Receive and process payments from patients for consultations, procedures, and servicesIssue receipts and maintain accurate records of patient paymentsTrack daily income and clinic expensesMaintain organized financial logs and recordsPrepare basic monthly financial summaries and reports for managementEnsure professional and polite interaction with patients during payment transactionsAssist in maintaining financial organization within the clinic Previous experience in accounting, cashiering, or financial administrationExperience in a medical clinic or healthcare setting is a plusPresentable appearance and professional attitudeHonest, organized, and detail-orientedAbility to maintain accurate financial recordsBasic computer skills (Microsoft Excel preferred)Basic English communication skills
