For DP World Sokhna Logistics Park Job Purpose :- Managing financial transactions, billing, and cost control to ensure accurate and timely reporting. This position supports compliance with tax and trade regulations while optimizing profitability. Acting as a bridge between finance and operations to ensures a smooth and efficient business flow within.Key Responsibilities :- Accounts Payable: Post all expense related transactions as well as balance sheet entries.AP, FA and E-Tax: Monitoring Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets modules plus e-tax portal invoices raised towards the company and always maintain up-to-date records/reconciliations.Cost Control & Analysis: Monitor costs, fees, and operational expenses to identify opportunities for cost savings.Bank Reconciliation: Verify bank statements against internal records to maintain accurate cash balances.Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with VAT, WHT, customs duties, and other tax regulations, and prepare necessary tax filings.Audit Preparation & Support: Maintain organized financial records and provide assistance during internal and external audits.Collaboration with Operations: Work closely with the Logistics Operation team to ensure proper cost and revenue allocation.Data Accuracy: Maintain precise financial records related to transactions in the accounting system.Cash deposits: depositing cash collections and dealing with the bank over-the counter where needed Qualification Experience & Skills :-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any other related field.3–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably within a Logistics company.Strong analytical skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial records and transactions.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and accounting software
