•Calculate and record commissions from international airlines and global booking platforms (BSP and others).•Prepare invoices and financial statements for clients and corporate travel partners.•Follow up and collect all outstanding payments from clients and travel agents.•Record all reservations (flights, hotels, and tour packages) in the accounting system.•Prepare periodic financial reports on revenues from inbound and outbound travel operations.•Reconcile monthly commission statements with Amadeus reports and airline statements.•Manage bank reconciliations and process payments to hotels, suppliers, and service providers.•Calculate trip costs and determine profit margins for each booking.•Ensure compliance with tax regulations, social insurance, and all financial legal requirements.•Prepare analytical reports on sales performance by destination and airline. •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (fresh graduates are highlyencouraged to apply).•Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.•Familiarity with accounting software (training will be provided).•Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.•Good command of English (spoken and written).•Ability to work with numbers and meet monthly deadlines.•Previous experience in tourism or travel agencies is a plus but not required.•Honest, organized, and reliable personality.
