With 19 offices throughout Egypt, Menatours is committed to delivering premium travel experiences across all its services.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position for a Travel Counselor located in Al Manşūrah. The Travel Counselor will assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, provide quality customer service, and communicate effectively with clients. The role also involves collaborating with travel agencies and leveraging industry knowledge to craft exceptional travel experiences for individual and corporate clients.QualificationsProficiency in Customer Service and a strong focus on Customer SatisfactionStrong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team membersExperience in managing Travel Arrangements, including itineraries, bookings, and accommodationsFamiliarity with Travel Agency operations and understanding of the travel industryExcellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and pay attention to detailsAbility to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environmentFluency in English and Arabic is required; additional language skills are a plusBachelor’s degree in Tourism or equivalent
