•Book domestic and international airline tickets efficiently and accurately using the Amadeus system.•Provide expert travel consultations to clients regarding the best destinations based on their budget, preferences, and requirements.•Recommend suitable hotels, resorts, and accommodations that match client needs and desired comfort level.•Plan and arrange all ground transportation and transfers (airport-hotel-tours-return) for each trip.•Coordinate various transportation services, including private transfers, shared shuttles, taxis, and limousines, according to client requests.•Compare and evaluate flight and hotel offers to secure the best value and prices for clients.•Monitor and manage client bookings while making necessary modifications until departure.•Deliver comprehensive pre-travel advice including visa requirements, travel insurance, baggage guidelines, and safety information.•Maintain long-term client relationships through excellent after-sales service and follow-up. •Bachelor’s degree in tourism, hospitality, business administration, or any related field (fresh graduates are welcome).•Basic knowledge of the Amadeus reservation system is a plus (training will be provided).•Excellent communication and customer service skills.•Strong selling and negotiation abilities.•Good command of English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.•Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple bookings simultaneously.•Passion for travel and strong knowledge of international destinations (preferred).•Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
