Accountant (Suppliers & Petty Cash)

Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to support our finance team, with a focus on supplier accounts and petty cash management. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience, preferably in accounts payable and petty cash handling.Key Responsibilities:Manage petty cash, including disbursements, reimbursements, and periodic reconciliation.Record supplier invoices accurately after verification, ensuring proper allocation to cost centers and compliance with company policies.Review and validate payment requests, then process supplier payments based on agreed due dates.Prepare and submit bank transfer requests for supplier payments, ensuring all required supporting documents are attached.Maintain proper filing and documentation of all financial transactions and records, both physically and electronically, for easy retrieval.Record and process intercompany service invoices (related parties / sister companies).Follow up on pending supplier invoices with concerned departments to ensure timely approvals.Perform periodic reconciliation of supplier accounts and statements.Review and record corporate credit card transactions and ensure proper classification and reconciliation. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.Good communication skills.
