Accounting Manager

We are currently recruiting for one of our leading clients in the Elevators & Escalators industry.Accounting ManagerJob Summary:The accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the AccountingDepartment, ensuring accurate financial decision.This role manages accounting staff, ensures compliance with reputation & improves financialprocessesKey responsibilities:- Manage & oversee daily accounting operations (general ledger, account payable,receivable, payroll …..etc.)- Prepare & review monthly, Quartey and annual financial statements.- Ensure appliance with accounting standards (e.g., generally accounting principlesor international financial reporting standards.- Lead the month-end & year- end closing.- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assists.- Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits.- Monitor budgets, forecasts & financial performance.- Analyze financial data & provide recommendation to senior management.- Supervise and mentor accounting staff.- Ensure timely and accurate Tax rulings & compliance with reputations.- Improve accounting system & processes for efficiency.   - Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.- 8+ Years of accounting experience (with at least 5 years in a supervision role(- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.- Experience with accounting software (SAP is must)- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.- Strong analytical, leadership and communication skills.- High attention to details & organizational ability.Key Skills;- Financial analysis & reporting.- Leadership and team management.- Problem solving & decision making.- Time management & multitasking.- Regulatory compliance.
