We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support the organization's financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, managing statutory compliance, and assisting in budgeting and audits.Key Responsibilities:Maintain day-to-day accounting records and general ledger.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements.Prepare and file tax returns and ensure statutory compliance.Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.Coordinate with external auditors during audits.Monitor cash flow and prepare financial reports for management.Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.Support payroll processing and other finance-related activities.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or CA) is preferred.2–5 years of relevant accounting experience (entry-level roles may require less).Required Skills:Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.Preferred Competencies:Knowledge of taxation and regulatory compliance.Experience with financial analysis and budgeting.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and time management skills.
