The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial AccountingOversee day-to-day accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, accruals, and provisionsEnsure accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes within agreed timelinesReview journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and accounting estimatesMaintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with company policiesFinancial ReportingPrepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRSDeliver management reports with clear variance analysis and commentaryEnsure consistency and accuracy of financial data across systems and reportsBusiness & Stakeholder SupportPartner with FP&A, Commercial, and Operations teams to ensure alignment between accounting and business performanceProvide accounting guidance on complex transactionsSupport new business initiatives, system implementations, and process improvementsSystems & Process ImprovementDrive continuous improvement in accounting processes, controls, and reporting efficiencySupport ERP implementations, upgrades, or automation initiativesEnsure data integrity and strong documentation of accounting policies and proceduresTeam & LeadershipSupervise, coach, and develop accounting team membersReview team output and ensure high-quality deliverablesFoster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvementRequirementsBachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or business administration5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial reportingStrong knowledge of IFRS and statutory reporting requirementsHands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
