PositionFinance Receivables Senior SpecialistDepartmentFinanceReports ToFinance Receivables Lead / Finance ManagerJob PurposeTo ensure accurate and timely management of accounts receivable activities, customer collections, account reconciliations, and credit control while maintaining compliance with company financial policies and supporting healthy cash flow within the pharmaceutical business.Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesProcess and monitor customer invoices and receivables transactions.Follow up on outstanding customer payments and collection activities.Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and documentation.Prepare receivables aging reports and collection status updates.Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Customer Service regarding payment issues.Support credit limit monitoring and customer credit evaluations.Record receipts and allocate payments accurately in ERP/SAP.Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities.Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.Professional certifications (CMA, CPA, etc.) are an advantage.Experience4–6 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Finance Operations.Experience in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry is preferred.Experience using SAP ERP or a similar ERP system.
