The program provides interns with exposure to core HR operations, employee experience initiatives, and internal service delivery within a corporate environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCulture Project & Pulse Sessions (RTL)Support the planning, coordination, and execution of Pulse Sessions for RTL employees.Assist in preparing communication materials, presentations, and session agendas for Pulse Sessions.Collect, organize, and analyze feedback and insights from Pulse Sessions.Prepare summaries, reports, and action trackers based on employee feedback and engagement data.Coordinate with HR stakeholders to track culture initiatives, action plans, and follow-ups.Support initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, well-being, and workplace culture.HR & Medical Ticketing SupportAssist in managing and tracking HR and Medical-related tickets in the internal ticketing system.Support timely follow-up and coordination with relevant HR teams, medical providers, and employees.Help ensure ticket resolution complies with HR policies and service-level expectations.Maintain accurate records and dashboards for ticket volumes, turnaround time, and common issues.Support continuous improvement initiatives related to HR service delivery and employee experience.Learning OutcomesExposure to HR culture and engagement initiativesPractical experience in employee listening tools (Pulse Sessions)Understanding of HR operations and internal ticketing systemsDevelopment of data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skillsInsight into medical administration and employee support processes within HRIdeal Candidate ProfileCurrently enrolled in Year 2 or Year 3 of an undergraduate degreeStrong interest in HR, Culture, and Employee ExperienceGood organizational and communication skillsHigh level of confidentiality and professionalismComfortable working with data, reports, and MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learnInternship BenefitsHands-on experience in HR Culture & OperationsMentorship from experienced HR professionalsExposure to real-world employee engagement and service delivery processesOpportunity to develop professionally relevant HR skillsCertificate of completion at the end of the program
