About the role:AES Art Direction Studio — a high-end interior design firm taking spaces from branding to design to full execution — is looking for one organized, trustworthy all-rounder to run the studio's back office. You'll own the day-to-day administration, keep the finances accurate, and manage our people operations as the team grows.Responsibilities:Administration & OperationsManage daily office operations, supplies, vendors, and procurement.Organize schedules, meetings, contracts, and project documentation.Coordinate between the design, execution, and management teams.Finance & AccountingRecord daily transactions and maintain accurate books.Manage invoices, accounts payable/receivable, and supplier payments.Track project budgets, costs, and petty cash; prepare monthly financial reports.Handle payroll, taxes, and compliance with Egyptian regulations.Human ResourcesRun recruitment: sourcing, screening, onboarding, and employee records.Maintain attendance, leave, and contracts; apply HR policies.Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and support team culture.Requirements:Bachelor's degree (Accounting, Business Administration, or related).3+ years in a combined admin/finance/HR or office management role (interior design/contracting a plus).Solid accounting knowledge + proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks/Odoo/Zoho) and Excel.Familiarity with Egyptian tax and labor regulations.Excellent organization, multitasking, and follow-up skills.High integrity, discretion, and strong English & Arabic communication.Why join AES:A central role with real ownership in a growing, design-driven studio working on standout commercial and residential projects.
