With decades of experience, A committed to delivering high-quality, plant-based solutions while fostering innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute the overall HR strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives and growth plans.Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, and employee development initiatives.Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll, employee relations, and HR operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.Drive organizational development, culture enhancement, and employee engagement programs.Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices while advising senior management on people-related matters.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is a plus.10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.Strong knowledge of labor law, organizational development, compensation and benefits, and talent management.Proven experience leading HR transformation initiatives and supporting business growth.Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.Must-Have Requirements:Manufacturing industry experience.Strong Strategic HR background.Experience leading business transformation and organizational change projects.
