Businesses can track and connect with couriers and follow up on their orders - all in one system.Job Requirement Key Responsibilities2.1 Packaging Material ManagementOversee and control the receipt (stock-in) and issuance (stock-out) of all packaging materialsMaintain accurate inventory records for all packaging layers and categoriesMonitor and report material consumption across all operational levelsEnsure adequate stock levels to prevent shortages or overstockingConduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system records2.2 Packaging Categories CoverageBubble Materials - Manage procurement, storage, and usage trackingBooster Materials - Monitor stock levels and consumption ratesCustomer-Specific Materials - Handle materials designated for individual customer accountsCustomization Materials - Oversee materials used for customized packaging requestsCustomization Requests - Coordinate and process all packaging customization orders2.3 Assets ManagementMaintain a comprehensive register of company assetsTrack asset movements, assignments, and returnsCoordinate asset maintenance, repairs, and disposals as requiredConduct periodic asset audits and submit reports to managementEnsure proper documentation for all asset transactions2.4 Administration TasksPrepare and submit regular inventory and consumption reportsMaintain organized filing systems for all documentation (physical and digital)Coordinate with procurement, operations, and warehouse teams for material requirementsSupport HR and management with administrative tasks as assignedEnsure compliance with company policies and standard operating proceduresJob QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related fieldMinimum 2-4 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or administrationProficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office (Excel, Word)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsGood communication and coordination skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
