* Oversee daily operations of facility support services* Supervise Security, Housekeeping, and Cafeteria teams Handle Facility Maintenance • Researching, procuring, and selling vehicles to meet business needs.• Establishing preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and ensure safety.• Recruiting, training, and monitoring driver performance and behavior.• Ensuring compliance with transportation laws, regulations, and safety protocols.• Utilizing telematics and software to monitor fuel efficiency and minimize operational expenses. • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control standards are maintained• performance of outsourced services and vendors (if applicable)• Develop and implement schedules and workflows for support teams• Ensure compliance with health, safety regulations• Handle incidents and ensure quick resolution of operational issues• Coordinate with different departments to support company needs• Prepare reports on performance, issues, and improvements• Maintain high service quality across all facility-related functions Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field• Experience not less then 10 Years facility management or operations (preferably in Real Estate)• Experience managing Security, Housekeeping and Cafeteria teams• Strong leadership and team management skills• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
