Administration Section Head – Textile Industry (Badr City)We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Administration Section Head to oversee administrative operations in a textile manufacturing company located in Badr City, Egypt. This is an on-site role responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative support for both factory and office operations.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all administrative operations to ensure efficient support for factory and office activities.Manage facility operations, including maintenance, housekeeping, transportation, and office services.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and operational support across the organization.Supervise and manage administration staff, including drivers, office assistants, and facility support teams.Ensure proper management of company assets, office supplies, and administrative resources.Monitor and control administration budgets and expenses to ensure cost efficiency.Handle vendor management and service contracts related to facility services, maintenance, and other administrative needs.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures within the facility.Support management with administrative planning and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.Prepare and maintain administrative reports and documentation for management review.
