We are looking for an experienced Administrative Accountant with 3–10 years of experience, preferably within the restaurant and café industry. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling accounting operations, inventory monitoring, payroll processing, operational reporting, and daily administrative follow-up efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Manage and monitor daily accounting operations for branches and administrative offices.Prepare financial reports including revenues, expenses, profitability, and operational costs.Handle payroll processing, overtime calculations, deductions, bonuses, and employee settlements.Monitor attendance records, work schedules, vacations, and employee documentation.Supervise inventory management, stock audits, and monitor waste and shortages.Follow up on Food Cost and assist in controlling operational expenses.Coordinate with branch managers and operations management to ensure smooth workflow.Handle administrative tasks related to employee records, contracts, and operational organization.Resolve day-to-day operational and staff-related issues professionally.Monitor supplier invoices, payments, and operational expenses.Prepare operational and administrative reports for management review.Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and proper organization of financial and operational data.Utilize accounting systems and Microsoft Excel efficiently. 3–10 years of experience in accounting and administration.Previous experience in restaurants, cafés, or hospitality operations is preferred.Strong knowledge of payroll, inventory control, Food Cost, and operational reporting.Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.Good communication and coordination skills.High attention to detail and professional work ethic.
