Oversee all daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth workflow and operational discipline.Develop, implement, and enforce administrative policies and procedures across all departments.Manage procurement and contracts in compliance with approved budgets and company policies.Monitor office facilities and resources to ensure readiness for daily operations.Manage company assets and inventory, ensuring proper maintenance, usage, and record-keeping.Oversee the IT department to ensure systems and technology are operational and support business needs.Manage the company vehicle fleet, including maintenance, allocation, and operational record-keeping.Oversee document and record management, ensuring proper storage and compliance with standards.Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and internal organizational policies.Prepare periodic reports for senior management on administrative performance and improvement initiatives.Lead and develop administrative teams, identifying training needs and enhancing overall departmental capabilities. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.Postgraduate qualification such as MBA or Master’s in Management is preferred.Minimum 10–12 years of experience in administrative management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.Proven experience in managing human resources, procurement, office operations, asset management, IT, and vehicle fleet operations.Demonstrated track record in improving administrative processes and operational efficiency.Strong leadership, organizational, and strategic skills with the ability to manage multi-department teams effectively.
