Identify and select top international tourism companies suitable for operating the company’s hotel portfolio.Coordinate with tourism companies to develop strategic plans for utilizing allocated land for hotel development in accordance with international standards.Maintain comprehensive knowledge of global standards and requirements for all hotel categories.Develop a strategic vision to maximize the utilization of the company’s assets in tourism and travel across various sectors.Oversee hotel operations and ensure compliance with international standards and approved policies.Develop and implement plans and strategies to enhance performance and improve operational efficiency.Supervise the preparation of feasibility studies for tourism projects. · Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, or Business Administration.· Postgraduate studies in Hotel Management or Executive Management are preferred.· Minimum of 12–15 years of experience in the hotel industry.· At least 5–7 years of leadership experience managing multi-property hotel operations.· Strong hands-on experience in housekeeping supervision, front office operations, and hotel quality management.· Strong leadership and strategic skills with the ability to manage multi-location teams.· Advanced proficiency in English and French.· Strong coordination and negotiation skills with major international hospitality brands.· Experience attending international tourism conferences, seminars, and exhibitions.
