Review and approve all contracts and agreements before signing.Provide legal advice to senior management and all departments.Manage and follow up on legal cases and disputes involving the company.Ensure the company’s compliance with financial and investment regulations.Represent the company before governmental and judicial authorities when required or supervise external legal counsel.Draft and develop internal legal policies and procedures.Assess legal risks and propose mitigation strategies.Stay updated with relevant laws, regulations, and legislative changes affecting the business.Supervise the legal team. Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); a postgraduate degree in Commercial or International Law is preferred.7–10 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in the financial or investment sector.Strong knowledge of commercial, investment, and banking regulations (preferred).Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills.Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
