Job SummaryThe Administrative Associate in the President’s Office at GIU provides high-level administrative support to the President, ensuring efficient office operations and effective communication with faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, and discretion, while contributing to the effective coordination of activities and initiatives within the President’s Office in alignment with GIU’s mission of academic excellence and international standards.Key Responsibilities1. Executive Administrative Support:Manage the President’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and official engagements efficiently.Prepare, proofread, and format correspondence, presentations, reports, and official documents with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.Organize and maintain physical and digital records in line with GIU’s policies.2. Communication and Liaison:Serve as a primary point of contact between the President’s Office and internal departments, faculty members, students, and external partners, ensuring effective communication and coordination.Handle emails, calls, and inquiries professionally, ensuring timely responses.Facilitate coordination and follow-up on university initiatives, projects, and key administrative matters.3. Meeting and Event Coordination:Organize executive meetings, workshops, official visits, and university events, including agenda preparation, logistics, and stakeholder coordination.Record and distribute meeting minutes, and track action items to completion.4. Project Support:Assist with special projects, research activities, and university initiatives as requested by the President.Track progress and deadlines for ongoing projects in collaboration with relevant departments.5.
