Key Responsibilities:Operations Management: Supervise daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and a smooth workflow for courses and lectures.Cross-Department Coordination: Act as a focal point between Sales, Marketing, Trainers, and Reception teams.Customer Excellence: Manage the full customer journey, from initial registration to course completion, ensuring a premium experience.Problem Solving: Handle operational issues and customer complaints swiftly and professionally.Financial & Admin Support: Manage cash operations, daily expenses, and financial reporting in line with company policies.Reporting: Prepare and submit periodic performance reports (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) to senior management.Process Improvement: Continuously suggest ways to enhance operations and minimize errors.Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service or operations (Experience in Training & Coaching industry is a plus).Language Skills: English proficiency level between A2 to B1.Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).Soft Skills: Strong leadership potential, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.Personal Traits: Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working under pressure.What We Offer:Professional and youth-oriented work environment.Real opportunities for career growth and promotion.Continuous training and skill development programs.
