Job DescriptionSupervises, trains our office staff members and delegates various assignments to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.Creates and produces progress reports to Director of admission related to the office work and report any problems.Maintains, manages and oversees the admission database, developing statistical reports, about the yearly applicants.Coordinates and takes care of all office communicationsProvide students with information about the admission process and answer any questions they haveReview student applications, including their test scores, and grades.Calculate all kinds of Certificates.Screening applications according to the criteria for each certificate and issuing Conditional Acceptance to eligible applicants.After receiving their final grades, to re-screen the application, determine the applicant’s eligibility issue, and issue the Final Acceptance Offer.Maintains all Admissions department statistics and reports.Works closely with the Director of Admission to ensure all Admissions webpage content is current, accurateProvide the concerned team with all the supporting documents to advise with whether to accept case, reject the case, or accept the case with extra support.Plan each admissions cycle to develop and facilitate the admissions process.Supports the Admissions Director by generating reports based on specific applicant data.Creates new reports as needed by the Admissions Director and other Administrators to assist in updatingValidation of all admission-related reports and statistics.Provide training to interns on handling filing-related tasks.Examine the current admission process and recommendUpdate and maintain a database of students’ informationGuide students through the application and acceptance processReceive applications and create soft copy folders for each applicant to maintain their documents.Review all submitted documents and ensure that there are no required documents missing.Keep track of applicants missing documents and follow up with applicants by sending them an email with a deadline to submit their missing documents.Verify the accuracy of students’ information entered into the Student Information System (Power Campus).Keep an up-to-date record of files and maintain the filing system for both new and returning students.Coordinate with the Finance department and the IT department all workflows to ensure a smooth process for the applicant.
