We are seeking a highly creative and tech-driven AI Video Creator specialized in real estate visualization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming concepts, architectural plans, and ideas into high-quality videos that showcase real estate projects from empty land to full completion and handover using advanced AI tools and modern video production techniques. Responsibilities: Create AI-generated real estate videos that visualize projects from ground stage to final handover (From Ground to Completion). Transform empty land into full project visualizations using AI tools. Produce videos showing all construction phases, including: Site preparation and excavation Structural development Interior and exterior finishing Final completed project visualization Develop Before & After real estate marketing videos. Simulate construction progress timelines in a visually engaging way. Convert architectural drawings and blueprints into realistic AI-generated visuals and animations. Add storytelling, visual effects, and cinematic presentation to enhance marketing impact. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to deliver high-quality promotional content.
