The role focuses on managing customer communications through mass email and SMS campaigns, supporting AI automation processes, and preparing reports and content. This is a flexible position requiring 6 hours of work daily, with availability on weekends if needed (on-call basis).Key Responsibilities:Create, schedule, and send mass/bulk email and SMS campaigns to customersSupport AI-driven automation workflows for communication and marketingPrepare accurate reports and performance dashboards on campaign resultsWrite and edit articles, updates, and communication materialsEnsure message compliance, accuracy, and delivery successProvide minimal direct customer communication if requiredCollaborate with internal stakeholders to align messaging and automation processesRequirementsExperience with email marketing tools, SMS platforms, and automation systemsKnowledge of AI automation tools is a strong advantageStrong reporting, analytical, and organizational skillsExcellent written communication in English and ArabicPrior experience in digital marketing, customer communication, or automation preferredBenefitsDuration: 3 months (with possibility of extension)Working Hours: Flexible, 6 hours dailyAvailability: On-call during weekends when required
