Whether it’s a local concert or a global conference, our tools scale to meet the need.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer who combines strong visual design skills with a deep understanding of user experience, product thinking, and business objectives.You will lead the end-to-end design process across multiple product areas, from discovery and research through wireframing, prototyping, testing, and final implementation. You'll be responsible for creating intuitive, scalable, and elegant experiences while helping establish and evolve our design systems and product design standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end product design initiatives from concept to launchConduct user research, usability testing, and customer interviews to uncover insights and validate solutionsCreate user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designsDesign intuitive workflows that simplify complex operational processesDevelop and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and design standardsEnsure consistency across web, mobile, and internal productsTranslate business requirements and customer needs into elegant design solutionsUse data, user feedback, and experimentation to continuously improve product experiencesPresent design concepts and rationale to stakeholders across the organizationContribute to the evolution of KNOT's design culture, processes, and best practicesMentor and support junior designers as the design team growsRequirements5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a related fieldStrong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work across web and mobile applicationsExpertise in user-centered design methodologies and design thinking principlesAdvanced proficiency in Figma and modern design toolsExperience creating and maintaining design systemsStrong understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and visual design principlesExperience working closely with software engineering teams and understanding technical constraintsAbility to balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibilityExcellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilitiesComfortable working in fast-paced startup environments with evolving priorities
