The role involves overseeing on-site operations, managing projects, ensuring the highest quality standards, and collaborating with team members and stakeholders. The Aluminum Site Engineer will also be responsible for quality control processes and supporting structural and civil engineering aspects of aluminium construction projects while adhering to safety protocols and deadlines.QualificationsExperience in onsite project management and supervisionVery strong experience in aluminum doors & windows / facade works / Louvers / SkylightVery strong experience in aluminum profilesVery strong experience in aluminum system providersProficiency in Communication and the ability to collaborate with clients, contractors, and team membersExpertise in Quality Control, ensuring adherence to project specifications and standardsStrong foundation in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering principles, particularly as they relate to aluminum projectsProblem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related fieldFamiliarity with aluminum systems and construction is a plusProven experience in on-site project management and execution.Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and contractors.
