Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen strategic partnerships with employers and training providers to ensure long-term engagement.Field Monitoring & Support: Conduct regular on-site visits to assess graduates' workplace integration, track their career progression, and offer direct career coaching and guidance.Feedback & Analysis: Collect and analyze invaluable employer feedback on graduate performance to help align our programs with evolving labor market needs.Professional Development: Identify training needs, support graduates with interview preparation/employability skills, and track internal promotion opportunities.Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of field activities and prepare impactful, periodic reports for management. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Social Development, or a related field.Prior experience in alumni relations, field coordination, HR, or a similar relationship-driven role is a strong advantage.Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify growth opportunities and resolve workplace challenges.Excellent time management with the ability to travel regularly for field visits.High proficiency in documentation and reporting.A strong command of both written and spoken English is required.
