Job description:Duties & Responsibilities: Provide first-line support to business users, addressing application and system issues in a timely manner. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents that disrupt application services and business operations. Track, manage, and report support issues, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up. Analyze support tickets, take ownership of issue investigation, and ensure resolution. Escalate issues and proposals to the corporate SAP Support Team when necessary. Provide first-line support for SAP systems by troubleshooting issues, assisting business users, and ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations. Job Location: 6th of October City Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Equivalent. Fresh Graduates Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and user support skills. Ability to manage multiple issues and prioritize tasks effectively.
