The application support engineer will be responsible for providing 2nd - 3rd line technical and application support to resolve issues, develop solutions, and ensure optimal system performance. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting technical inquiries, assisting users, monitoring application systems, and collaborating with teams to resolve issues efficiently. The role involves maintaining documentation and analyzing system issues to propose effective solutions.ResponsibilitiesApplication Support and Technical Support skills, with the ability to provide end-to-end assistance to stakeholdersStrong Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting capabilities for diagnosing and resolving technical and application issuesExcellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with end users, internal teams, and external vendorsProblem-solving mindset with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressureQualifications3 - 5 Years of hands-on experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldExperience in a similar support role is preferredInterest in Supply Chain is a plusFluency in English
