Main Job Purpose:Provide technical implementation, maintenance, and support for business applications across Beltone Digital Assets and NBFI platforms. The role ensures system stability, performance, and availability by executing installation, configuration, testing, monitoring, and incident resolution activities in alignment with business needs and IT standards.Job Responsibilities:Application Implementation and Configuration to install, configure, and test business applications and operating systems according to business needs, ensuring smooth deployment and optimal functionality that supports operational processes.Application Maintenance and Monitoring to perform daily system checks, housekeeping, and performance monitoring to maintain system stability, availability, and data integrity.Incident and Problem Management to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve user-reported issues promptly in alignment with SLAs, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and maintaining system reliability.User Support and UAT Execution to provide technical assistance to end-users, support user acceptance testing, identify bugs, and ensure accurate resolution before go-live to achieve seamless system implementation.System Integration and Data Migration to assist in integrating applications with various platforms and support data migration activities, ensuring interoperability, consistency, and accuracy of transferred data.Documentation and Knowledge Management to maintain accurate technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge base records, ensuring consistency and facilitating knowledge transfer within the team.Experience with Asset Management modules in one or more of the following areas is highly preferred:Portfolio AdministrationFund AdministrationOrder ManagementTools and Systems:Microsoft OfficeMicrosoft SQL ServerC#SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)SAP Crystal ReportsParticipate or lead ad-hoc projects that may go beyond formal accountabilities to satisfy and respond accordingly to business needs.
