App Store & Engagement SpecialistVXI Egypt is seeking a highly analytical and customer-focused App Store & Engagement Specialist to own and manage end-to-end review engagement across the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and emerging digital platforms.This is not a transactional response role. We are looking for a professional who can transform customer feedback into actionable insights and drive continuous improvements across digital products and customer experience.Key Qualifications & Skills:Treats every customer review as a valuable source of user insightStrong analytical skills with hands-on experience using Pivot Tables, trend analysis, and customer segmentationProficient in utilizing Gen AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and similar technologies within daily workflowsComfortable engaging and presenting to senior-level global stakeholdersDemonstrates a proactive approach to identifying patterns, uncovering root causes, and driving issues to resolutionAbility to convert qualitative and quantitative feedback into meaningful business recommendationsRequirements:Experience in Customer Engagement, Community Management, Digital Product Support, Customer Experience, or related fields is a plus.Strong data analysis and reporting capabilitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience working in fast-paced, customer-centric environmentsLanguages Supported:English & GermanEnglish & SpanishEnglish & PortugueseEnglish & FrenchEnglishScope:Supporting 7 Mobile Applications Across Multiple MarketsLocation:📍 Cairo, City Stars Mall, OnsiteIf you are passionate about customer experience, data-driven decision-making, AI-enabled workflows, and digital engagement, we would love to hear from you.
