Applications Automation Team leader

Job Summary: This role ensures the seamless integration of automated workflows with existing banking systems while supporting the bank’s digital transformation objectives.Job Responsibilities:Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of automated workflows and BPM applications.Identify opportunities for automation to enhance operational efficiency and reduce errors.Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of automated systems.Ensure seamless integration of BPM and workflow systems with core banking, ERP, and CRM platforms.Monitor system performance, analyze data flows, and recommend improvements.Support data consistency and accuracy across integrated systems.Lead the implementation of automation initiatives aligned with the bank’s strategy.Stay updated on emerging automation technologies and recommend enhancements.Drive improvements and upgrades to existing automation platforms.Ensure all automation solutions comply with banking regulations and security policies.Work with IT security teams to mitigate risks and address vulnerabilities in automation workflows.Support audits and risk assessments related to automation technologies.Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in workflow automation, BPM systems, or IT operations.Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred.Hands-on experience with BPM and workflow platforms (e.g., IBM BPM, Oracle BPM).
