Cash Products Sales Unit ManagerAchieve the designated financial targets set within the bank's estimated budget for cash products, manage corporate relationships with large companies and ensure seamless coordination with internal banking business unitsJob Responsibilities:Achievement rate of cash products sales targets against the annual / quarterly target for corporate clients.Measuring the growth rate in the volume of funds managed through digital channels for corporate clients.Total revenue generated from selling other banking products to payments and cash management clients.Adherence to the approved commission structure, while monitoring the impact of any special pricing on overall customer profitability.Number of companies acquired to provide cash management and digital channel services.Number of field and marketing visits, and the conversion rate of these visits into actual deals.Customer satisfaction level assessment.Growth rate in digital onboarding for new corporate clients using cash product solutions and digital channels.Growth rate of clients who regularly use digital channels.Commitment to monitoring customer profitability after the implementation stage to ensure the expected return is achieved.Compliance with credit policies, anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, and compliance requirements during the sales process, with regular updates.Maintaining all data and reports in a shared folder.Job Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Investment, or equivalent.Minimum of 3 years of focused experience within International Banking TransactionsStrong analytical capabilities to identify market and marketing opportunities.
