Student Accounts Management:Issue tuition fee invoices and handle all financial transactions related to student accounts.Collections & Banking Operations:Oversee fee payments (cash, bank transfers, and online payments), issue receipts, and perform regular bank reconciliations.Financial Monitoring:Track receivables and payables, and follow up on outstanding balances with students in a professional manner.ERP System Management:Accurately enter and process daily financial transactions, ensuring alignment with actual financial records.Cross-functional Coordination:Collaborate with the Admissions and Registration teams to ensure students’ financial status is consistently updated.Financial Reporting:Prepare periodic reports (weekly/monthly) on revenues, outstanding balances, and overall financial status.Customer Service:Provide professional and timely support to students and parents regarding financial inquiries through various communication channels. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.0-2 years of experience in accounting or student accounts (preferably in the education sector).Strong proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail with the ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure, especially during peak registration periods.
