Your JobThe Architectural Design & Specification Specialist (ADSEE) supports Guardian Glass’s demand creation strategy by engaging with secondary indirect accounts—mainly architects, façade consultants, and glaziers—who are not classified as primary or standard accounts but show high potential for project wins in Salesforce (SF) and support the HVA roadmap and sales. Operating from the Cairo Hub, the ADSE contributes to project specifications and conversions by supporting design professionals with relevant technical and aesthetic information.This role represents the main point of contact as part of the commercial team for HV secondary accounts, supported by the TAC team, n line with Guardian’s Principle-Based Management (PBM) philosophy: creating long-term value through collaboration, integrity, and continuous learning.What You Will Do o Activities and engagements performed Develop and Manage Secondary AccountsIdentify and prioritize high-potential secondary accounts based on their activity and winning ratio in Salesforce. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, façade consultants, and glaziers through professional digital and hybrid communication (Teams, webinars, email). Promote Guardian’s SunGuard and high-performance glazing solutions, focusing on façade projects with design or energy-efficiency goals. Support Project Specifications & Win Provide technical design assistance for product selection, glazing composition, and performance optimization (thermal, solar, acoustic, and visual). Use Guardian’s digital tools such as Glass Analytics, Building Energy Calculator, Acoustic Assistant, and BIM Generator to support decision while actively promoting and training assigned accounts on the effective use of these tools. Collaborate with customers, ADMs, Regional Sales Managers, and TAC Engineers to align specifications with Guardian’s High-Value-Added (HVA) product strategy. Track projects from early design to shipment and ensure updates are properly recorded in Salesforce Follow up on non-primary leads of sufficient size and probability generated through various channels, including TAC, the website, digital campaigns, and webinars, ensuring proper qualification, engagement, and coordination with the commercial teams for potential conversion. Follow projects through the bidding and project win process, collaborating with commercial teams (ADMs, TSMs, TAC, etc.) to ensure alignment, support, and conversion of specifications into successful wins. Collaboration and Continuous ImprovementShare customer insights, project trends, and recurring technical challenges with the TAC and Sales teams. Participate in training sessions and technical workshops to develop glass knowledge and consultative skills. Actively contribute to regional campaigns and thematic webinars supporting architects and façade professionals. Reporting and AccountabilityEnsure accurate and consistent recording of all interactions and project updates in Salesforce. Provide monthly reporting of: Project opportunities created or wonLesson learned and improvement actionsDemonstrate ownership and accountability in all activities, in full alignment with PBM principles. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline. Candidates with a strong commercial background and proven technical skills will also be considered 1–2 years of experience in customer-facing or project-oriented roles within Guardian Glass (e.g., Inside Sales, Order Management, Claims, Technical Advisory, or similar). External candidates with equivalent experience may also be considered. Basic understanding of glass performance (thermal, solar, acoustic). Motivation to develop deeper technical expertise through internal training. Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and online collaboration tools (Teams, Power BI, Salesforce). Excellent Negotiation, communication, commercial skills and analytical thinking. Curiosity, self-motivation, and a strong sense of accountability.
