We are committed to creating designs that add real value to our clients and communities.Role OverviewWe are seeking highly experienced Senior Architectural Designers / Lead Architects to join our Cairo office. The ideal candidate will play a key leadership role in managing and delivering medium and large-scale projects, overseeing design quality, and mentoring junior team members while ensuring alignment with client objectives and project requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage architectural design projects from concept development through final delivery.Oversee design teams and ensure high standards of creativity, functionality, and technical accuracy.Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, and internal multidisciplinary teams.Review and approve design submissions, drawings, and technical documentation.Ensure compliance with project budgets, timelines, local codes, and technical standards.Provide design guidance, mentorship, and technical support to junior architects.Qualifications & ExpertiseMinimum 5 years of experience in architectural design (experience above 10 years is a strong advantage).Proven experience in leading medium and large-scale architectural projects.High proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Photoshop.Strong design leadership, visualization, and coordination skills.Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.How to Apply📧 Please submit your CV and portfolio to:infomegaengineer@gmail.com
